Refunds For Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you withdraw from your order and we have not shipped the product, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.

Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card/bank company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.

No refunds For Order Cancellations Post Dispatch

After shipment of the order, we do not allow order cancellation. No refund will be issued in case the customer refuses to accept an order on delivery.
