Damaged Package Replacement

At wishfulfil.com we take extreme care to ensure that DVDs and CDs sent to you reach in perfect condition. But some times for less than 1% of the orders due to poor handling on part of the courier company shipment might get damaged.

But you need not worry we will provide you a free replacement. Just send us the image of the damaged product along with your order id to hello@wishfulfil.com

Non-Delivery/Loss of Package

Some times due to uncontrollable reasons the shipment might get delivered after the estimated delivery date. If your shipment has not been delivered after the estimated delivery time frame please let us know by emailing us at hello@wishfulfil.com. We will escalate the problem with our courier partner. In most cases, your problem should be resolved within 4-5 days. However, in very rare cases (.1%) the shipment may be lost due to delivery at the wrong address or loss of shipment in transit. Do not worry in such cases we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement as you wish.

Technical Problem

However, If the software you have purchased does not run on your computer due to a technical problem. We request you to search for technical support online. As this is an open-source software you will find several helpful videos and articles online by the community. We also have a blog at https://wishfulfil.com/blog/ and a YouTube channel. You can find these contents by googling your problem online. Please note at present we do not provide personal tech support.
